Procentec is now including their offerings in the Industrial Networking Solutions and MSI TEC portfolio, which promises to give new benefits of speed and efficiency to end users of industrial networks, they claim.
The Procentec offering focuses on diagnostics and monitoring of factory networks, aiming to ensure reliable network infrastructure for industrial networks such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and other industrial Ethernet standards. The portfolio includes key products ProfiTrace, ProfiHub, ComBricks, Atlas, and Osiris. These products help field technicians easily perform network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting within factories as well as remotely, preventing undesired manufacturing downtime, they note.
HMS Industrial Networks AB fully acquired Procentec this year. Acquiring Procentec was a natural step for HMS, they say, enabling a closer integration of Procentec to realize synergies both in sales and marketing as well as product development.
